2007 Tax Forms

The Rangeview Library District will provide a limited number of tax forms, strictly on a self-serve basis.

You will need to visit a branch library to check on the availability of specific forms.  As ALWAYS, our staff will not be able to give tax information or advice.

All branches will have:

• reproducible forms

• Loose forms - limited numbers of some of the most commonly requested forms

  You will need Adobe Acrobat software to download forms.  This site also provides some links to state tax forms.

• Employers and small business owners may receive a tax profile of sample forms (W2, 1099, 1096, etc) by calling 1 800 829-3676

Denver public libraries have reproducible forms only.

The Broomfield, Jefferson County and Westminster  carry some loose forms, both federal and state.  

Most libraries have reproducible forms for photocopying, as do some Colorado grocery stores and banks.

Most Denver area post offices do not distribute loose forms.
