Request Purchase of New Titles

This form allows you to request the library to purchase a new title.  It is possible that the Library District already owns or has ordered the item.  If you have not done so, please check our Online Catalog.  Use the Title or Author Search to find the item.

Please fill in all the information you know.  The Library needs at least the Author and Title.  The ISBN is very helpful and the Year Published is also useful.
