Rangeview
A song by David Williams for the
Rangeview Library District
"From purple walls of majesty to publications and
PCs," the Rangeview Library song is a creative signature tune for the
library district. The song celebrates all the new changes to the library
district as well as all the traditional services. It was taped for
presentation on local community access cable channels.
The lyrics of the song are:
Rangeview - I love to read at Rangeview -
Where you can see the mountains way up high,
Where you can read and soar up to the sky,
at Rangeview, I'm going to read at Rangeview,
out on the plains where the sky is fair -
a book can take you anywhere
at Rangeview - I love the Library!
Rangeview - I love to read at Rangeview -
With the purple walls of majesty,
Publications and pcs -
at Rangeview, I'm going to read at Rangeview,
We've got six branches and they're grand,
Come view the stacks and understand that
at Rangeview - I love the Library!
In between the covers of a book
You sure take a ride.
You feel, you think, you see, and more -
It changes you inside.
