WHEREAS, pursuant to the Colorado Library Law, § 24-90-101, et seq., C.R.S., as amended, the BOCC historically has been and continues to be committed to making available in Adams County publicly-supported, free library services providing information accessible to users regardless of age, physical or mental health, or economic status; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, until the appointment of the ACLD BOT, which is anticipated to occur on or before February 9, 2004, the ACLS BOT shall continue to hold office and perform its duties and responsibilities in accordance with the ACLS Bylaws.
