Click here to request books, cds, videos, and dvds. Click here to request newspaper or magazine articles. Fees Normally there is no fee for the service, but some lending institutions charge a fee to lend their materials. This fee would be your responsibility. You will be notified if a fee is involved before before RLD obtains the materials. Length of Checkout The lending library , not RLD, determines the due date on their materials. Most items may not be renewed. Materials All kinds of materials may be requested: books, CDs, videos, DVDs, photocopies of articles from magazines, microfilm, genealogy materials, and others. Please keep in mind that many libraries do no loan genealogy material, microfilm, or rare / fragile items. Due to the limited checkout periods, textbooks for class use are not eligible for interlibrary loan. Interlibrary Loan process
